The APT-CL63 combines decades of British design and engineering. The combination of 6 x Celestion 2.75-inch AN2775 Full-Range Neodymium drivers, in a sleek tapered aluminium column offers pronounced directivity well suited to environments which are acoustically challenging such as Houses of Worship and Museums. This finely tuned directivity is also well suited to projected speech applications such as education and corporate environments.
The APT-CL63 is incredibly simple to install via the included wall bracket. The wall bracket allows for installation at 4 different heights via the 6 mounting point in the rear channel of the column, with 0°, 5°, 10°, 15° downward tilt and a generous amount of left to right panning aided by the slim tapered column profile.
The versatility of the APT-CL63 is expanded further with the integrated multi-tap transformer allowing for Lo-Z and 100V/70V applications.
Attention to detail in acoustic, mechanical and aesthetic design has been paramount in bringing the APT-CL speakers to life, and this focus has resulted in column speakers that are well-suited to numerous highly reverberant environments where speech intelligibility is paramount, but also seamlessly blend into their environment discretely. The powder-coated and ribbed aluminium enclosure makes for an elegant column that reflects very little direct light, enabling the column not to distract from the architectural and interior design that surrounds them.
