The HYPERline Series Free Standing Networking enclosures/cabinets, meticulously designed for disassembled flat-packed shipments. With a remarkable load performance tested up to 900 kg, 1.5 times higher than market standards, and a nominal load capacity of 600 kg, the HYPERline series can effortlessly accommodate heavy telecom equipment, UPS, batteries, and standard network equipment such as switches, patch panels, and cables.

Available in W600/800 mm width and D:600/800 mm depth, the HYPERline series is produced in fully automated manufacturing facilities. Its versatile product range suits various environments and comes in RAL 9005 Black fine wrinkle paint finishes. With high corrosion resistance ensured through nano-technology pre-treatment, Bonderite/Henkel chemicals, and an 80-120 micron thick epoxy powder coating, the HYPERline series guarantees exceptional performance even in harsh conditions, enduring 500+ hours of salt spray test.

Each HYPERline cabinet is equipped with a standard glass front door and removable side panels featuring a barrel locking system. The front door features tinted smoke tempered glass, providing both an aesthetic and professional appearance, with the option for a 70% perforated door. Each unit includes a set of 4 pieces of 19” adjustable equipment mounting rails and 4 pcs M10 leveling feet.

Its external hinge system allows for up to 180 degrees of door opening angle, and the front door opening direction is easily swappable from left to right or vice versa. The HYPERline Series features a brushed cable entry to accommodate limited space on the roof. Additionally, they include a combination of cable entry and fan module housing. Other cabinets with a width of 600 mm host two plastic cable entry covers on the top case. Cabinets with an 800 mm width also feature plastic cable entry covers on both the left and right sides of the roof and bottom case. If needed, either of these plastic cable entry covers can be removed to allow for more cables in the cabinet.As an accessory, a 300x55 mm brush set is provided to prevent dust from entering the cabinet. The bottom case of these cabinets includes a large pre-punched knock-out plate, easily removable for cable entry. Furthermore, a brushed cable entry panel is available as an accessory for enhanced cable management and protection against dust.
