Stoltzen APOLLO

Stoltzen Apollo is a complete AV over IP solution for use in a wide range of applications. The SA-C - Apollo controller - enables a broad range of features and methods for managing the AV installation.

Both the 3000 and 6000 series are controlled by the SA-C and use the same base of codes for control. A comprehensive API document is available for integration with third-party control systems.

Additionally, Stoltzen Apollo comes with a free iPad app featuring a graphical drag-and-drop interface, which also includes a preview of sources. This makes it extremely easy and cost-effective to provide the customer with a clear interface for managing sources and displays.

AV over IP allows you to transmit audio and video signals over a standard IP-based network. You place a transmitter at each source, a receiver at each display, a control box for management, and distribute the signals with a regular IP-based switch over a standard network cable.

This offers many advantages compared to proprietary matrix solutions:

1. Standard network cables, with no special requirements. All the installer needs to do is ensure that the cabling complies with Cat.6.

2. Cost-effective network switches. You gain great flexibility and can easily expand the installation by adding larger switches or stacking multiple switches.

3. Power supply via the PoE standard. You eliminate the cost of an electrician since the power is delivered via the network cable.
